Old decisions of Disciplinary Tribunals
Matters which become formal complaints against veterinary surgeons are heard in the Civil Court before a Disciplinary Tribunal consisting of the Presiding Member of the Board (or Deputy), who is a legal practitioner, and 2 other members of the Board (Vet Practice Act 2003).
Formal complaints against lay people are heard before a magistrate.
The matters listed here are decisions of Disciplinary Tribunals which are older than 3 years, and where all penalties have been satisfied. A short summary of the complaint and its outcome from the Disciplinary Tribunal can be downloaded.
