Registrar v Kubler.  Dr Kubler found guilty of unprofessional conduct.  Disqualified from registering as a veterinary surgeon.

Registrar v Mooney.  Charge of unprofessional conduct dismissed by the Board.  Registrar appealed  the decision to the District Court.  District Court upheld the appeal and found Dr Mooney guilty of unprofessional conduct.  Penalty imposed was disqualification from registration for 3 months.  Decision by Judge S Tilmouth  images/File/Appeal 150810.pdf

Registrar v Mooney.  Found guilty of two counts of unprofessional conduct (June 2010).   Penalty imposed by Board of disqualified from applying for registration for 5 years.  Dr Mooney lodged an appeal in the District Court on the penalty.  Decision of Judge Barrett delivered August 2011 - period of disqualification reduced by 3 months.   images/File/Appeal decision 250811.pdf
